It's not worth company .not grow up..salary not good I'm working still 3 year in this company I got same salary.. i talk to about that they not any action .also employer facilities not allowed..some people in negative gossip in office manager also not looking in to employees.. employee what need how to grow up Team and company they totally if any employee do working hard they not chance to any increase or growing I'm not satisfied in this company is totally waste of time .. Thank you for some chance to share something . Thankfully

...e. Only one or two Sundays are given off other Sundays you are expected to work. No salary increment is there and salary is deducted for no reason, if you ask reason officially even on email for salary cut no one answers you, no promotion, no job security.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Give designated salary complete and in time. Helpful and understanding seniors and pays for overtime and incentives.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Official training not given, too much expectations even as a beginer, variable work pressure, not praised enough rather threatened quite a times regarding salary deduction and too many deadlines. Though enhancement of communication skills but no chance of growth in medical field at all.
