I didn't like anything here. Let me tell you what others like about this place: - Nobody is questioned about their job here. - Only some people are held accountable for their jobs, not all - Fools and lunatics are serving as senior managers - Nobody cares about what you do between 9 am and 6 pm - I left this place in 2022. But it still haunts me

Everything. If you are someone who would like to come to the office to work and take the salary, here are a few things: - Your work will not be recognized - You will be ridiculed when you ask questions - Your team is filled with piranhas However, you do not have to go through any of these if you join via recommendation.

Good working relationship with other staff

Extra long working hours with lowest possible pay. They will try to force you to do overtime saying they will give raise . then they will cheat you and make fun of you without giving raise. Too much paperwork and very frustrating and idiotic rules and regulations

Privileged to be part of this organisation. Started learning and adapting things day by day. Supporting staffs are very helpful

Not recognising staffs who work hard. They always negotiate on appraisal . Not happy with salary part. Rest everything is fine

Supportive team members as well as the other staff members. Dr Raj nagarkar the guy who owns the hospital is polite and only guy who motivates u and it would be like an honor working for him and some fellows working with him plus the senior doctors are very humble and respected. Now the cons is in the management not the doctors and its listed below

Dislikes

Politics is much more than the parliament, no growth in the organization, salary doesn't justify at all for 12 hours of working shift and the seniors some are extremely nice but some are not even worth looking let alone having a conversation with them. Wastage of time if u wanna work in operations or management here. Instead look somewhere else. Hospital only cares for doctor staff thats all

Once you join not much intereference from admin side.

...need to do agreement of 2 years so if you want to leave very difficult to leave. At any cost you need to sacrifice half month salary.
