Supportive team members as well as the other staff members. Dr Raj nagarkar the guy who owns the hospital is polite and only guy who motivates u and it would be like an honor working for him and some fellows working with him plus the senior doctors are very humble and respected. Now the cons is in the management not the doctors and its listed below

Dislikes

Politics is much more than the parliament, no growth in the organization, salary doesn't justify at all for 12 hours of working shift and the seniors some are extremely nice but some are not even worth looking let alone having a conversation with them. Wastage of time if u wanna work in operations or management here. Instead look somewhere else. Hospital only cares for doctor staff thats all

Only thing I like about this hospital that it is a single specialty, so learning related to a cancer hospital is good. They are not at all supporting staff during this worldwide pandemic crisis. In fact, even though it's a healthcare organization, they are deducting salaries of all the employees. Minimum amount of health insurance for staff even during this period.

Dislikes

...ob if have any uncomfortable situations. Zero support during the COVID pandemic. No provision of transport to staff, no travelling compensation, deduction in every month salary etc and rude, lack of manners in management staff. There is no restrictions for their working hours but rest all employees should come on time and leave when instructed to do so. Most unprofessional set up I have ever worked with. Their etics and laws are only for training and induction purpose!

Extra long working hours with lowest possible pay. They will try to force you to do overtime saying they will give raise . then they will cheat you and make fun of you without giving raise. Too much paperwork and very frustrating and idiotic rules and regulations

Once you join not much intereference from admin side.

...need to do agreement of 2 years so if you want to leave very difficult to leave. At any cost you need to sacrifice half month salary.
