I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

...iew in this company firstly they took 3 weeks to complete 3 rounds of interview. After that they gave me an offer every thing was decided salary joining date just they need to send the offer letter after that suddenly after few hours hr calls and rejected me as suddenly management decided to take interns instead of full time role. Lack of decesion making power, lots of communication gap. Worst experience. Others don't join this company

Top management plays blame game. There is nothing positive about this company. The leadership promote toxic culture there is no work life balance.
