I started my career here as a social media executive. The salary is decent. I joined here as a fresher and i was able to learn so many things. The Proprietor of the company Dr. Vinayak Jyoti is humble and always supportive. I always had a good time working here.

Hostile work environment. Being a hospital there was not much benifits, no increment given inspite of working even in lockdown. Timings are strict

Dislikes

Salary is way below industry stanards, work load given is indirectly proportinal to salary, Head of organization, is not considerate, no efforts taken by heads of staff with having a bonding with employees

They do not respect you. Being a doctor you have to listen to the sisters who are not even 10th pass. Electrotherapy is totally done by these sisters who do not even know the full form of the machines.

It is an honor to work under Dr. Ashwin Porwal. He is a great teacher, boss and mentor. I grew here in six months, and was a better person already. I inculcated good working habits. Thank you sir

Dislikes

Management is a problem everywhere so it doesnt matter. Just dont bother anyone and do your work religiously.
