It's Awsome experience to me, i learnt so many things in my work place. My manager and my team mates really very good, can't say about job security because it's non profit organisation if they will get fund for projects its cool else everyone should find another job, very good salary, open space for learn lots of things, it's good environment to enhance the knowledge.. Little bit tough to balance work and life.
