working with head start consultants was good experience , my team leader taught me a lot within few months he trusted my capabilities and gave me good opportunities, i have learned a lot there

Very long working hours , part of incentives is low and salary is also not good as compared timing of work

I have worked around 2.6 years. Good work culture, owner is too much supportive towards their employees. Good work environment with effective thoughts to employees to reach the target. Learned many good things from shreya mam and sanjay sir, and had developed myself as a person.

Dislikes

I just wanna say sorry to this question. Because i m against it. Nothing is dislike about this company if we work honestly.
