Its a small team; small setup. Hence you can expect quick growth in your designation. They have very good clientele.

Growth in designation is not supported with growth in salary. Beginner's salary starts with 8k here. Yes They will allure you by promising huge incentives which you are eligible to get only after 6-7 months. No EPF. No ESIC. Work hours are unnecessarily long. 9 am-7 PM. work culture is chaotic. In the initial months your role is to help seniors earning their incentives. Workplace is dominated by girls. Some are working here since ages; have made this place nothing short of a fish market.Office politics is terrible here.

They constantly send email for any vacancy in their company. Applied twice just because I was pursuing my post graduate studies alongwith looking for a job for this reason they didn't consider my application. When you have rejected my application why are you sending mails to me again and again advertising about vacant posts in your company. Please refrain from sending further mails in future.

Team leaders could be more helpful, they ignore you most of the times, expecting to work as if you are working here since years though I just had 3-4 months hardly, should give appropriate time n patience to grow n learn which was majorly missing here
