Since this is family driven company, the owner of the company involved everywhere and that make them worst culture for freshers. Aftar 2023 the culture become toxic and many good people's resign.

If there is a replacement for a word fake, Heads up for tails would surely be one, avoid joining the organization, they can remove you from the organisation whenever they want

Upper management i.e - Mr.Rajat Dua, Mr.Rahul Sanon, Ms. Apeksha Lal are the worst managers across gurugram region, they will testify you for everything, they don't care for the well-being of pets, Groomers - proudly say that they have beaten the pet in the grooming session, especially Mr. Rajat dua he can make your life hell in the organisation please avoid

I've gained so much from the HR Head, who has provided countless opportunities for me to learn and grow. When I first joined the organization, I was nervous and lacked confidence, but she encouraged me to showcase my talents. As she often says, "Try, try, try, and win." She truly embodies what it means to be an exceptional woman leader. As I like to say, "Our leader should be like... PG!" 😊

Dislikes

Nothing as such, As a team leader in the HR department, he falls short of what it takes to be a true leader. He lacks the ability to motivate the team and often acts more like a "Don" than a leader. If we set aside the issues with the team leader, everything else here is great to work with.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working at HUFT, where I had the opportunity to learn and develop my execution skills under strong leadership. Collaborating on various projects (UPWARD FEEDBACK, PULSE SURVEY) with Director HR, whose unwavering support helped me grow, was incredibly rewarding. She instilled confidence in me, and her strategic approach and focus on creating a culture of appreciation were instrumental in fostering team unity.

Few people were wrongly labelled as TEAM LEADER but they actually don't deserve the title

Bad team, extreme politics, favoritisms. People with idea's are not welcomed. Will promote people who only like suck up for the HR Head and giving their work to other hard working people
