Full on Politics No growth If you are looking for growth you have to be good in chamchaagiri The founders will put on a fake smile and show they care but they really don't give a shit about you. 4 years i have worked there but not even once my vacation leaves were approved. Even when someone dies in your family they expect you to work first Absolutely toxic. And bydway this pet product selling company doesn't give a shit about stray dogs. And the NGO is just another way of making money for them

Since this is family driven company, the owner of the company involved everywhere and that make them worst culture for freshers. Aftar 2023 the culture become toxic and many good people's resign.

Upper management i.e - Mr.Rajat Dua, Mr.Rahul Sanon, Ms. Apeksha Lal are the worst managers across gurugram region, they will testify you for everything, they don't care for the well-being of pets, Groomers - proudly say that they have beaten the pet in the grooming session, especially Mr. Rajat dua he can make your life hell in the organisation please avoid

Nothing as such, As a team leader in the HR department, he falls short of what it takes to be a true leader. He lacks the ability to motivate the team and often acts more like a "Don" than a leader. If we set aside the issues with the team leader, everything else here is great to work with.
