The company is open to innovation and rapidly adopts the latest technology. This is the client base company especially the US. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and the client's location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Bangalore. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. There is on-job training for freshers. And I got a "Rising Star" achievement.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high . I have to work 14 hours straight in a day sometimes maybe less. I have to attend client office

Learning and growth are there only for freshers. Not for experience people.

Dislikes

Worst work culture, no job security zero peace of mind. They can throw you out without having a single meeting. If you are buttering manager with utmost honesty then only you cannot be targeted by manager. Full of office politics. There is nothing there which is systematic. If you are facing any issues you don't know where to contact. All are useless

Guys are not co-operative as they were not given senior position, no training and hunt for helpless executives to cover their failures. The company recruits under Headrun for Mieone Technologies which is fishy. Overall word beyond worst.

Worst management.
