No structural hierarchy, pretty bad at managerial level.. everybody does multiple things but new folks need to figure out things everything but it should be very well documented.

Amazing culture, pressure is there but it’s not overwhelming, management is considerate about employees and work life balance, salaries are also much more than market rate

Managers enables you to bring out the best game. 4. Headout fosters a great culture, with easy accessibility to upper management, including the CEO. 5. The team is always there, during your highs and lows. Their support is exceptional in case you are going through a difficult time personally. 6. Of course the perks and leave policy is something that stands out from any startup.

Even after working here for the last 5 years, I have yet to develop a single dislike for this place.
