... 2.67L but in hand I was getting only 16000 ND also their was no any allowances. I can't survive in16k salary that too in Bangalore this is the main reason why I left the job

Working environment and work culture are good. Senior is supporting sometimes. Salary and incentive are on time.

Worst HR policy. Not good for long term, Training not provided employee need to learn from senior everytime. HR just take on board. Management are good but have some discrimination among the actual staff and support staff. System, asset are worthless.

Dislikes

Salary increment and promotions are poor, as I’m stuck from around 6 months to get a promotion. The post of scanning coordinator is no more that’s why they were promoting me but till now I didn’t get promotion , I’m working in net salary only , no incentive nothing so this is quite disappointing for me , demotivates me.
