BSA payouts very late, very low perks and benifits, company having only one computer to the entire branch. This company works for HDFC bank and bank employees don't respect the employees of hdfc sales company.

Daily stretching, extraordinary pressure, you won't have any rights to take break, you suppose to be with like a machine, can't even talk to your colleagues.

Work culture is good. Salary is good. Got appraisal every year

People are not good. But that is everywhere. You need to work hard and fast if you want to get appreciated here so no in-between breaks here.

Nothing is to like in this company, but if you join you learn something from here but left to learning this is worst company in my life .

Every thing, No work life balance salary structure is very poor starting salaries of freshers here graduate freshers is only 11,000 Per month and they have not any schedule time for work also hr is very irresponsible nothing is like in this company.

Work environment to be say ok ok but not overall good . Pressure job . There is no salary hike vry low salary they were offered .no job security.

Salary is not good nd career growth were also slow . No chances of growth.
