HR is not a discussion maker here. Managers only decision makers. Promotions, appraisal, salary hike everything we need to beg with them. They are helping only there well known people's.

Managers are not supportive to their subordinates. Manager does know how to behave professionally. Need to train them first. Irony is well qualified people work under such managers.

... they are also doing good,company policies are also good for security purpose. Intensive structure is good, everyone should get salary including intensive around 50k to One lakh depends upon their buisness.If we do good buisness then will get good intensives. Finally am really enjoying this kind of sales job and thanks to hdfc company to given good opportunity to me.

Class of service not reaching masses. Targets be achieved in small pockets with ease but ask tap HNI customer is more of corporate nature.Backup to employee is less,more of order , termination is constant boore in mind.

...d and If anyone can join. I suggest that this the best company to grow yourself.Working Environment is good and salary will credited 29 th of month. After 6th month, You can sit in an appraisal.
