I like working with hdfc as Disbursemement coordinator.company support is to good in this pandamic situation and help us .

I am not saying clearly dislike factors but one imp point is growth of salary is to low as an Disbursemement coordinator/officer after worked 3 years in company salary is 13k in hand this is very poor salary and after marriage no one will manage in this salary structure expected salary is in hand 18k to 20k but not getting for this reason only emplyee will leave job

Its a great place to work with the perfect balance of work and personal life. Company culture is so different to the others is a positive way. Learning and development programmes are very good to improve your skills and knowledge to grow in this sector.

salary and benefits are so low in this company and the promotions activity also not good.

Low work pressure comparing to other NBFCs, Salary on time

Dislikes

BSA payouts very late, very low perks and benifits, company having only one computer to the entire branch. This company works for HDFC bank and bank employees don't respect the employees of hdfc sales company.

- They offer low salary - Unnecessary cross sell products - Management doesn't allow to work in your own style..they just force you to do how they want specially in kandivali branch

Daily stretching, extraordinary pressure, you won't have any rights to take break, you suppose to be with like a machine, can't even talk to your colleagues.
