They need low package employees No scope of growth They don't know how to utilise the employees skills and what ever the skills you have learnt in past every thing will vanished due to non utilisation. If you have good reference you will get good post and salaries The new CEO is very poor in cost optimization Very soon this hdfc ergo will be in loss. There compititior will grow by taking some advantages. There policies are not employee and customer friendly

Employee can manage his/her work life balance at this organization.

...the cost cutting which effects Employee's conveyance, variable, appraisals etc.. This means Ergo has to improve the adequate pay scale as per Employee's skills and performance.

This is my first corporate job in HDFC, and I'm still working, everything is good.

Dislikes

I'm working in this company from last 4 years, still I'm struggling to get on payroll, in pemdamic employees who are on company payroll get their bonus on time (April) and we still don't know anything about ours. at the end we come to know that company is in loss so third party payroll employees can't get bonus as well as increment this year. which is something I did not expected. Payroll employees got their bonus but at our time it's in loss, that's Sad.

I don't like anything about working in Apollo Munich, except few people.

There id nothing to like, There is no transparency in salary cut And they won't give Allowances if you will not Achieve your target. There is no management support. Full stressful life, Senior don't know how to work. They will simply put pressure on you.

...ha Is attitude oriented whose word is customer is not important. than brand..... but he don't know because customers only he can get the salary.... & Eat the food. Different rules for employees. chain smoker & Drinkers State head like Mrinal Pande can be good employee in terms of hygiene level. rest are bad. They support the HDFC BM like Kartik Tadurwar who ask for physical from their coworker & keep demand for night stand for ladies' job in bank. Few woman heads are scheme part of woman empowerment scheme. These are Mrs. Jayashree , Miss Tiwari, Mrs. Mahalaxmi Iyar. these woman can do anything u cant imagine, to took appreciation from management. All these good thing I like from HDFC ERGO.
