...what to do and how.. just business without planning. Lack of vision n mission. Comparatively Very low salary and incentives . Software n system upto 1980s. Focus on employee tracking instead of supporting.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... company to work with. All employees are supportive from FLS level to top level. Salary, incentive and promotion structure is good which plays a supportive role to encourage the employees.

Employees favouritism is there so no one should expect appraisal on the basis of performance.
