I like everything except not paying correct salary to the person who is responsible and complete their works even no good ratings

... still not given good rating as they informed me tht they will give good rating.and salary hike but only 1200 increased in my salary nowadays we are not getting anything with 1200 I hope management should understand about the situation of all

One can learn thorough operations and compliance regulations. This organization will make you endure and survive through the toughest of pressure and challenges you can expect in life. But if one can thrive here it will become a life lesson and it would be a cake walk elsewhere with the experience you gain.

Dislikes

Hypocrisy of senior management and irregular salary structure across similar grade level. No vision and structure to follow. At one end the management will talk about customer centricity and focus on better customer service on the other hand they will put pressure from all channel to drive business. With lots of promotional and sales call customers do get irate at times and this causes negative publicity.

No Work life balance here No opportunity for skill development. No proper salary hike If you and family suffering from anything and u not providing proper productivity due any issue then don't have job security.

Internal Politics, no understand on employee struggles ,no job security, less salary in the market ,always think about bank profits ,no human values ,no caring of employees , no much digitalization comparing to other banks , No leaves ,huge pressure eon every employee for tgts , need huge profits with less man power, No happiness at working with bank .only need of the hour for employees

1. They demands multiple products to sell at same time. 2. Senior managers are taking very high salary with less productive and ideas and they just do 2-3 hrs concall with staffs every day. 3. Unwanted pressure on so many things.
