What I don't like is that the salary of the old employees Who have been working in this bank for 2-3 years has not been increased by the bank as per the new salary structure. That is, if any new employee joins the bank, he is being paid according to the new salary structure. So I think it is somewhat unfair to the old employees. The new employee does the same work as the old employee. Why the difference in salary?

1) Pay scale according to job roal is too low / not satisfactory. 2) still not recievd career progression mail. 3) TA's performance counted on team work not on TA's work. 4) No value in other banks. 5) work is not cauntable. 6) TA Recieved PIP while branch disbursed low files its not on TA's performance.

HDFC bank is a very good brand there banking system was also to good there tranning conduct by HR team and there career growth depend on team work and there recovery was also good and there environment was amazing and there senior support also exilent

No Work life balance here No opportunity for skill development. No proper salary hike If you and family suffering from anything and u not providing proper productivity due any issue then don't have job security.
