Internal Politics, no understand on employee struggles ,no job security, less salary in the market ,always think about bank profits ,no human values ,no caring of employees , no much digitalization comparing to other banks , No leaves ,huge pressure eon every employee for tgts , need huge profits with less man power, No happiness at working with bank .only need of the hour for employees

Only job security. Salary on time. Work life balance is depends on manager.

Dislikes

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

...artial behaviour of seniors No implementation of deadline No existence of HR Poor pay masters to existing employees vs new highered difference HR benefits reduction Overloading of reduntant work leading to inefficiency in 8 hours hence resulting in late working hours Unnecessary data mis preparation almost every week In simple words this bank should be closed and handed over to govt

No transparent guidelines for sick leave and other necessary thinks like transfer payouts and many more. Your have to seek support for each and everything from your supervisor and always be thankful to him. Either he/she support you or not. Because you don't know your rights about such things.

...hy even if one has better qualification he/she is mostly exploited by Employers.Pay packages are also terrible when compared with other parts of India.Apart from Selling jobs one wud not find any other quality jobs this employers start sucking employees since they are well aware that in this part of India there is dearth of quality jobs.
