HDFC should seriously consider vendors contribution at work and should do less pampering for permanent employees. Many managers have no idea what is happening in the project

...and six month as a team leader but for them employees are not worth in any mean. They refused to give salary certificate and that's why I joined some other bank and there I get minimum package coz I don't have any salary details. I've got very bad experience here and am not going to suggest any one to work with hdfc under quantum. And our RSM Mr. Subhrandu medda he is hippocrit and culprit he hired females in good package even they don't have any knowledge. I really hate that guy.

No skill development for employees in HDFC and there is no Good Culture at HDFC - No value and vishion for the employee here - Only the name - nothing is there inside
