Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some times, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Dislikes

No proper work life balance , target is there so immense pressure for missell, no time for the completion of work. You need to wait till 7:30pm to leave. You will get mail at 6:30 to leave but it's a gimmick to fool the RBI .
