...et showers shoutings form the head . This is the worst way to start a meeting 3) Low compansation , they give salary so low and make us work like robots 4) Favouritsm, Men are here are only given priority even who doesn't do their work and women are not treated well 5) poor staffing services, only 1 person In lobby Handels customer all other resources are made to go on calls even if the branch is big 6) Late sitting this Bank doesn't have a out time, it's only like you have to come on time ie 9 and if by chance you are 1-2 mins late the senior literally shouts on the person . I mean if person is late and he/she comes running imagine if that person met up with accident

It's good to work with a brand . But with the same you want a good compensation and to work with an organisation who thinks about employees needs , appreciation ,staff welfare

...he one thing is that from my personal experience. It's hard place to work with .it doesn't provide a good pay what employees expectation and the ambition what employees work for the bank

It was a very good experience engaging with lots of people and knowing customers problems and solving them. Best part is when given the services and it makes them happy and trust gets deeper with the customer and they come to us for help knowing we will help them

Work is very much high but the salary is very low and also work is exceeding more than 12 hours

Working in hdfc is very hard coz here in hdfc supervisors will only rate u depending on your sales not according to your role, even if you are a operational staff at the end of the year they will only measure your sales parameters and u will get rated according to that no matter how much u worked hard, in the beginning of the Covid situation everything was fyn they allowed us to work at branch for 2 days and remaining 2 days at home, but after 1 month things get normal, we are told you attend branch daily and at the morning meeting they behave like they care for us they will say the things like take care of urself take precautions n all but throughout the day they will force you to deliver some business even if the situation is worst

No salary increments, no matter how much u work how much u deliver supervisors will give rating as per their wish, no work life balance, no mental peace

Although HDFC bank is a big brand name but The worst place to work with. The bank is not employee friendly, they pressurise their employees, long working hours, less salary, no additional pay if working hours are extended, plus if a person is eligible for annual leaves once in a year, they just throw you whenever they want to to take leaves but when the leaves are required they never provide, by saying that there is a shortage of staff, i dont understand what is the HR doing, if someone has resigned and there is an urgent requirement in any branch, why dont they provide staff? Also, if there is shortage of staff and some other employee wants leave due to some urgency, then its the responsibility of the Branch manager and the HR or may be the cluster head to seek people on deputation. What to do with such a big brand name when the bank is not employee friendly, at last bank is reaching heights because of the staff only. Also the attrition rate is high due to all these factors. They think that the employees are dogs and they donot have a family to serve. I hope Mr. Aditya Puri ji will see to this and take some necessary actions for the same. And ask their HR and the senior management to follow the HR policies and treat the staff as human beings and not like machines.
