Bank is too good but it's depends on seniors. There is no timely promotions and salary hike, HR is totally dependend on higher level management. Bank is hiring staff from outside on higher package but not promotint our internal staff. There is no value of knowleehe

I Was working with HDFC Bank Bangalore . My branch Manager was a bengali , Ch was also a bengali . They have created a hell like work culture . Main work of branch manager is to observe the pressure which is coming from CH. But in our case the bengali branch manager used to put employees infront of the Ch and Zh . He is not even fixing any clinet call for that also he will put employees infront of CH . And shout loudly infront of customers also ,... The bengali man is so selfish in his approach . Only thinking about themselve not about the situation of employee. He need everyone tobe active in 1st of month ... so pathetic.. most of relation managers are getting bald as they are not able to handle pressure. and having bp and other health issues .

Good but,very High pressure for operation staff for sales work with,sales target of casa,fd, insurance,sip, other, In this organization there is nothing in operation work in retail branch banking. If sales pressure trun off from service satff then no job is better of it.

1: They gives good bonus and that's the only good part of organisation. 2: If you are at higher position then loan benefits is best perk like home loan at 2.5%

1: Favouritism is the worst part 2: HR is like they didn't exist they rarely hear you 3: Management trying to do worst from their end 4: Just like other old organisation they only care about new joinee
