Extra working hours in d name of audit, though govt. offer holidays on sat. All sat. & sundays working...calling for extra additional work....till 9:30pm many times till 10pm I had worked...& next u r expected in ur chair on time as per norms

Dislikes

No proper work life balance , target is there so immense pressure for missell, no time for the completion of work. You need to wait till 7:30pm to leave. You will get mail at 6:30 to leave but it's a gimmick to fool the RBI .
