...tead of doing appraisals and promotion of existing staff and motivating them ...they start searching for there replacement and they gonna pay higher salary to them with zero experience and not to existing staff ..if they keep motivating existing staff and promoting they will definitely put there 100%. And definitely contribute in the business .

Just want to say not an employee friendly organization. No personal life and most important RM's are so dominating they don't do there work. They always give there work to other people like PBWD or PBA. Mentioning my Branch Green Park extension (1345). Hoping for best.
