Seeking Advice for Banking Jobs

The work culture was good.salary and compensation was good. Team members are supportive and good environment. Every days learning new things.

Dislikes

When I was not achieved the target my supervisor behaviour rudely. In job period lots of transfer and new difficulties.

Salary Improvement required, old & new employee salary pakage are different of same post. Old employees got low package & new appointy get higher pakage of salary.

Dislikes

Very very low Salary, environment, daily huddle, lot's of pressure. Always Team manager and unit head will say do Life insurance.than home loan, personal loan then other products.

Team members are so much supportive and friendly

Dislikes

...never approves our leaves ,one kind of we fought for taking our legal leaves... She uses so much non- profesional word also she questioned about our salary, misbehaving with employees and she denied to gave daily lunch and tea breaks also... Many times she stopped using in the name of meeting after end out duty time 6:30

In Hdfcbank list, basic salary and good incentives But future career growth basic salary is important than incentives there is no petrol allowance for sales officers
