Dislikes

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

Salary comes on time.

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line

Nothing except job security. Home loan rates if you stay for long here.

Dislikes

No work life balance. The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put. Less to no perks at all. They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays. Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.

Other than job stability and company value there's no benefits at all

...ng a leave when you are sick also feels like you have committed a serious crime. No hike even after working for almost 10 hrs a day for 4 years. Terrible process and sales pressure. Your mental health goes for a toss working here.

Nothing is there to like working in hdfc not even salary credit MSG also give you that satisfaction..

Every thing is poor like manager who doesn't deserve everyone credit and promote each other but agent doesn't get any recognition and 2% appraisal every year .. have to work extra but there is no payout for that and quality manager doesn't have any knowledge still act like an Einstein of the banking department .. doesn't celebrate any festival and manager celebrate by taking leave and agent have to work even on new year, Diwali, Holi etc .. don't do by the name of HDFC Bank it is like an shining snake under the table..
