Job is fully secure if performed good and do follow the guidelines. Good work life balance and recognition.

Dislikes

No as such dislike but I may be very few of them who is working with such low salary structure respect to my designation and responsibilities in my employer. Hope this will corrected shortly or else I have to look for options only for salary hike. Or it should be difficult to sustain with my regular normal expenses.

...edge about banking and most importantly the company provides you a job security. Even in the corona time they paid salary to there employees. You pay salary time to time. Also one good thing about the organization is you can get all the national holidays and all the sundays and saturdays (except first and third) are off. It is a good organization to work with.

Dislikes

First and most importantly the sales pressure, which is too high, every single hour the team leaders ask for business numbers and because of that sometimes we feel frustrated and disappointed from life. If you handle the sales pressure and able to generate numbers then you can survive here.

I am working in COP. Most HDFC employee knows how terrible the work environment is. I have been working for 1.5 years and still, I did not receive any incentive. There is zero scope for growing up. There are multiple RM's who have been working for 6 years but there is no promotion. Yes there are few people in Kolkata cop who get promoted in manager post but there are very pathetic stories behind it. Here people do not judged your performance only if you can do something then only you will get promotion within 2 years otherwise no chance. But yes HDFC bank experience value out side to get job in other bank with good role. But virtual RM is nothing but a Tele caller .

...never approves our leaves ,one kind of we fought for taking our legal leaves... She uses so much non- profesional word also she questioned about our salary, misbehaving with employees and she denied to gave daily lunch and tea breaks also... Many times she stopped using in the name of meeting after end out duty time 6:30

Nothing only its a brand and inside it's killing us with lot of load work and business pressure

hdfc is really great but the salary and work load with lot of sales pressure even if we have lot of transaction everyday no support from colleagues low salary
