Internal Politics, no understand on employee struggles ,no job security, less salary in the market ,always think about bank profits ,no human values ,no caring of employees , no much digitalization comparing to other banks , No leaves ,huge pressure eon every employee for tgts , need huge profits with less man power, No happiness at working with bank .only need of the hour for employees

Only job security. Salary on time. Work life balance is depends on manager.

Dislikes

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

The banking in hdfc bank is full of experience things in profession.everday we can learn a new things to experience the job and to get better.

Salary hike in the internal organization is less and less chance of promotions due to high competition.

... known to everyone .. He was supported by his immediate bosses and was spared... I left Hdfc and joined non banking sector on better package... In heart of hearts it is always there that I was not handled in proper way. They have spared a wrong person who has only defamed the name of this prestigious organisation in this part of the world called kashmir..

It was privilege to work in delhi. My branch staff my immediate supervisor all wer very good. They supported me a lot if my wife would have not been ill I was thinking to shift my entire family to delhi and I was nature to get retire from this location and this bank only .......

Good work environment and supportive colleagues. Great team very supportive. A lot of learning... Work pressure is there but Good work life balance.

Dislikes

...agement and HR Team, they are not paying well to their loyal and good employees. The salary is less then minimum salary ratio as compared with other banks. Very disappointed on this point. Many employees leaving the company each day due to same reasons.
