...work culture, leadership does not take any ownership. Everything is delegated. Pay disparity is not considered an issue and in fact the leadership creates it by hiring without any compensation guard rails to meet their own professional goals. If you are underpaid, would suggest you quit after 1-2 years after taking the brand on your resume. It’s a typical yes man culture that has been developed. Disagreeing, however professionally, is considered tantamount to personal differences by leadership. Overall poor work culture, Low appraisals, HR & compensation team are very insensitive in their language, leadership is not technically sound.

Saturday is working so no weekends, Compensation is low, They do cost cutting in everything, Analyst know better than their TL's, Not prepared for WFH, even for small laptop issues you need to visit office. Their IT team is useless..

Contract permanent employee partiality Non rational thinking managers Vendors should work like donkeys while permanent staff is chilling Most permanent staff are not good at their work Top management never hear about vendor employee concerns Many permanent staff is being paid hell of salary for no reason. HDFC should seriously consider vendors contribution at work and should do less pampering for permanent employees. Many managers have no idea what is happening in the project
