... and promotions of subordinate staffs its should be strong look over by HR team. Im 4yr 3 months almost completed here but no promotion till not get yet and salary also very slow very slow increase. But iam always like to tell every one that HDFC bank is a very big and very good bank in India. I am very very happy that i am one of the part of this big corporate.

JOB SECURITY, JOB TYPE THESE ARE THINGS ARE GOOD HERE. MENTAL PRESSURE AND WORK LOAD ARE NOT THAT HUGE. IT'S ABSOLUTELY DOABLE.

SALARY STRUCTURE, PROMOTION OF APPRAISAL, WORK CULTURE IS NOT GOOD. SOME BOSSES ARE ALSO VERY EGOISTIC AND NOT HELPFUL. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT INTERESTED TO PROGRESS OUR CAREER.EXCEPTIONAL ARE ALWAYS THERE.

During the lockdown period company offering us the monthly salary without any deduction. That's the best part. My mentor and the Seniors are so much concerned about our safety and security. Just thankful for that. Looking forward for more opportunities and growth here. Thank you for the support HDFC. Thanx a lot.

...ing workload, High-pressure environment, Every day daily 100km travel required, Less salary, Business team always pressure for complete file work, Always get approval form higher authority and alway Hollyday working no Saturday or Sunday every day is working day.

As much as the credit officer is working in SLI department, he does not have salary debt from the bank. Bank takes a lot of work in low salary and does not give increment annually as required. I am dissatisfied for Salary.
