Employees are overloaded with too much work also annual bonus payouts & increments are low comparing with other private sector banks. Bank is growing at good pace and earning large profits so employees shall be awarded much more than existing.

1) Very bad pay master : E1 (Asst Manager) - D2 (DVP) : annual appraisal hike, promotion hike and bonus are less than ICICI Bank. 2) Too much of politics, partiality & favouritism. Seniors support the lobby. Most of people getting promotions are not based on merit but based on relationship with immediate Supervisors who are mostly insecure of promising downline. 3) Late sitting culture. Does not matter to the management. Technology is the worst across Banking industry in India as a result unproductive works take lot of time resulting to late sitting. 4) Too much of micro management and tracking sucking the people's lives.

No Work life balance here No opportunity for skill development. No proper salary hike If you and family suffering from anything and u not providing proper productivity due any issue then don't have job security.

1.Good brand value in market. 2.Variety of products.

Dislikes

1. They demands multiple products to sell at same time. 2. Senior managers are taking very high salary with less productive and ideas and they just do 2-3 hrs concall with staffs every day. 3. Unwanted pressure on so many things.

Product, customer trust on bank and it's help you to work in bank , office collogue help for you work time , internal job switch option available and job security only on your performance.

As per work not provide the salary and time to time change the product and sales targets , with out intimation and taken consent the role and work , promotion not depends on you it's totally depends on the supervisor and higher supervisor if they want to give you pramotion for not.
