No transparent guidelines for sick leave and other necessary thinks like transfer payouts and many more. Your have to seek support for each and everything from your supervisor and always be thankful to him. Either he/she support you or not. Because you don't know your rights about such things.

Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is trNsparent

there is Lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent vut career growth is slow

It was nice working and the whole staff was frendly help senior used to.support a lot I had a good experience in hdfc bank good work environment and culture.company policies are good.

Salary is least and promation Are not given on time.

One thing I like most that the salary never stops in between pandemic situations like this time (COVID -19) .

Mentors don’t think about our promotions. They just force to complete targets but don’t want to promote any Employee.
