Salary and perks and grading system is not good.. i have joined as HDFC Ltd prior to merger. HDFC Bank is having worst Grading system. Freshers who have joined got double promotion without even performing good.

All are good job security, work life balance, Job satisfaction, Skills and knowledge development, these are all is good

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line

Salary Improvement required, old & new employee salary pakage are different of same post. Old employees got low package & new appointy get higher pakage of salary.

Salary & Position growth is not available in organization, it is same here at other corporate.
