Work pressure is do high that you work almost 14-16 hours a day!! Salary hike for the existing employee is the worst though you've been rated good!! Managers don't value an individual's unique strength.. Managers neither appreciate nor support us in appraisal.!!

Excessive working hours Excessive business pressure Incentives and bonuses are difficult to achieve plus the cycle to get bonus keeps you in continuous loop of working for the conpany

If you are permanent employee, then no one terminate you till you are not doing intentionally wrong. Working with HDFC BANK is good for those who doesn't have professional degrees. Knowledge and degrees are not relate to Pvt Banking. If you are like insurance agent with no degree, you can get good growth in your same companions.

... my experience, I can not say the job stability while I was performer on papers. Salary Nd perks are very less than any other industries. Some people thinks they are GOD in the organisation and lots of new hired staff is not confirmed and then forced to resigned. So think before to switch industry if you are coming from good company. 90% people is hired from BPO sector who doesn't have any knowledge and can sell insurance under brand banner do not demand huge perks

I Was working with HDFC Bank Bangalore . My branch Manager was a bengali , Ch was also a bengali . They have created a hell like work culture . Main work of branch manager is to observe the pressure which is coming from CH. But in our case the bengali branch manager used to put employees infront of the Ch and Zh . He is not even fixing any clinet call for that also he will put employees infront of CH . And shout loudly infront of customers also ,... The bengali man is so selfish in his approach . Only thinking about themselve not about the situation of employee. He need everyone tobe active in 1st of month ... so pathetic.. most of relation managers are getting bald as they are not able to handle pressure. and having bp and other health issues .
