...edge about banking and most importantly the company provides you a job security. Even in the corona time they paid salary to there employees. You pay salary time to time. Also one good thing about the organization is you can get all the national holidays and all the sundays and saturdays (except first and third) are off. It is a good organization to work with.

First and most importantly the sales pressure, which is too high, every single hour the team leaders ask for business numbers and because of that sometimes we feel frustrated and disappointed from life. If you handle the sales pressure and able to generate numbers then you can survive here.

...t person can work here who is able to work in high pressure. No promotion there. Fixed salary. No increment. Strict timing jo tea break and any kind of breaks even luch break is only of 30 min.

Don't choose HDFC whereas chose Right boss else your career will be spoil .... Before resigned please take all balance leaves because HDFC don't pay comoansation for the same.

HDFC is a big brand.....this give you a great market value in front of others competitors. Working culture is good like any govt bank,your job is secured untill you become non performer You easily do your task because of huge customer base Overall is good to work with reputed Bank
