HDFC should seriously consider vendors contribution at work and should do less pampering for permanent employees. Many managers have no idea what is happening in the project

1: They gives good bonus and that's the only good part of organisation. 2: If you are at higher position then loan benefits is best perk like home loan at 2.5%

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.
