Contract permanent employee partiality Non rational thinking managers Vendors should work like donkeys while permanent staff is chilling Most permanent staff are not good at their work Top management never hear about vendor employee concerns Many permanent staff is being paid hell of salary for no reason. HDFC should seriously consider vendors contribution at work and should do less pampering for permanent employees. Many managers have no idea what is happening in the project

As we know that HDFC bank is one the leading bank of India....I m happy to be the part of it...I m from backened team but still I learned a lot to my boss...he's very cooperative,easy to taught me the skill...I m very thankful to him who supported me a lot...apart from this company culture is also harmonious... relationship between managers and their co-workers are so harmonious and congenial....

For me there is slow growth of the employee.... package is also not as much as expected to be...

Good work environment and very supportive and inspiration management. company policy was good and fair in agreement and they give a gud environment salary hiking and bonus every year

They was slightly less growth towards the hiking of the salary and growth for the future steps

...Both Service and Sales Team support to each other to run the operation smoothly. Company policies are good though not have so good at salary hike but every year bonus makes me Happy 😄

...and six month as a team leader but for them employees are not worth in any mean. They refused to give salary certificate and that's why I joined some other bank and there I get minimum package coz I don't have any salary details. I've got very bad experience here and am not going to suggest any one to work with hdfc under quantum. And our RSM Mr. Subhrandu medda he is hippocrit and culprit he hired females in good package even they don't have any knowledge. I really hate that guy.
