It completely disrupts the work life balance of the employees. Salary of the operations satff is not in proportion to their work (sales+operations ) . An operation's staff does sales as well as operations but salary is not even justified for operations part . Makes you work over time like 12hours . No scope for promotion . Toxic work environment
No skill development for employees in HDFC and there is no Good Culture at HDFC - No value and vishion for the employee here - Only the name - nothing is there inside
culture and pay structure , dis-respect to the colleagues .

... Senior management doesn’t bother about junior staff. They are always underpaid. They don’t even give increments and bonuses. As the entire budget of bonus is digested by the senior management itself. Never join HDFC at lower grades.
I am working in COP. Most HDFC employee knows how terrible the work environment is. I have been working for 1.5 years and still, I did not receive any incentive. There is zero scope for growing up. There are multiple RM's who have been working for 6 years but there is no promotion. Yes there are few people in Kolkata cop who get promoted in manager post but there are very pathetic stories behind it. Here people do not judged your performance only if you can do something then only you will get promotion within 2 years otherwise no chance. But yes HDFC bank experience value out side to get job in other bank with good role. But virtual RM is nothing but a Tele caller .
