... hdfc about his privacy and security and digital tools of banks are very good There are too much difference between the salary of same person at same possession with same work and same target in same dept which is very bad thing in bank one of a person getiing 12Lac annually for the same work and other person is geting 3.5Lac annually for same job and work

The boss supervisor treat with his junior staff not good Staff have to face insult from there super bosses Bosses are the like god of junior staff they can treat with any junior any thing and in any way The is no self respect of a sales person sales employe have to touch foot from customer convenience to process in wbo with credit team than with senioes and at last with operations dept.to complete a task Oly the target ,process ,compliance , circular are made for sales person there no other dept. have any hedge about his target pressure

No Work life balance here No opportunity for skill development. No proper salary hike If you and family suffering from anything and u not providing proper productivity due any issue then don't have job security.

Internal Politics, no understand on employee struggles ,no job security, less salary in the market ,always think about bank profits ,no human values ,no caring of employees , no much digitalization comparing to other banks , No leaves ,huge pressure eon every employee for tgts , need huge profits with less man power, No happiness at working with bank .only need of the hour for employees

1. They demands multiple products to sell at same time. 2. Senior managers are taking very high salary with less productive and ideas and they just do 2-3 hrs concall with staffs every day. 3. Unwanted pressure on so many things.

Product, customer trust on bank and it's help you to work in bank , office collogue help for you work time , internal job switch option available and job security only on your performance.

As per work not provide the salary and time to time change the product and sales targets , with out intimation and taken consent the role and work , promotion not depends on you it's totally depends on the supervisor and higher supervisor if they want to give you pramotion for not.
