There are countless doctors who don't get salaries because they might be posted in places with no vacant financial posts. Hard working innocent people don't get perks like traveling allowance or training remuneration because seniors and clerks will find a way to dupe you. And you can never get any work done in any office, be it their dghs office or local. But yes if you don't want to do Pg and diligently proactively keep your paperwork straight and don't want to be too much bothered about the profession then it's the best place to join.
