Some Managers behaviour are not good they don't leave the employee from his team even they don't have work and also rating are unbiased, ratings totally depend on managers mood.

Secured job but don't expect any growth, management don't care about employees.

Project don't last long generally project goes after a year. No salary hike. Rentaintion bonus they give you and if you leave you have to payback.

Jobs are really secure. Got 10 days salary as Mike stone achievement bonus. Also getting captive bonus. Great work culture

Talk with HR is very difficult. I was sone concerns, so I tried approaching HR. But they didn’t help me. This one incident I really doesn’t liked. Other all everything is ok 👍🏻

...Infrastructure, Good Stable Company, good for the people who likes Job security! Salary is always on time, very good medical facilities and others employees' benefits. Overall, it is very nice company for sure!

Salary is on time but other incentives, your promotion, your bonus, your increments etc are in Arrears, You will get it for sure but always in arrears, HR is not at all effective. Just like your Job which is stable, your salary will be stable as well, please do not expect any other thing except Stability. Company culture in terms of HR is not at all good, no major governance towards how management is calibrating an employee, how promotions are happening? That is the only reason I left HCLTech, otherwise, in other domains, might be the HR as people doing good things. HCLTech is a beautiful organization but some wrong people who are in that position to spoil the overall experience and culture, My advice is to hire good mature people in leadership positions and especially in HR domain. Please save this beautiful company and I'm the sure the top management are doing lots of things to streamlines the process down there but really need to put strong governance on middle management, specially in HR domain

More than 6 months delay in appraisal cycles. No appraisal if you are L3 band and above 20LPA. My last two appraisals were zero. Management politics. Management too much egoistic.
