HCL Tech Offer Evaluation
I would like to request you all for your valued advice on how is HCL tech as a company. I have been offered consultant role & have received a 30 % hike. However, a huge chunk of the offered CTC has gone into variable components(EPB bonus, performance bonus). Can you guys please share if hcltech pays the EPB bonus fully/ Month? How is the job security for mid-level experienced employees?

No proper hike, don't fall for retention scam they don't provide you revised compensation letter or they will simply say they are trying to retain you and make you work till last day and say we haven't received approval and HR especially the one named Govind and Kimoth are toxic they act like they own hcl and play internal politics and fool you

Only one major drawback for non technical person they offer very low pay scale.. even increment per year is just 2-3% that's it otherwise HCl is nice..

This is my first job and my client is Broadcom. I am in the role of PMO. I feel so happy to work in HCL. I am getting lot of opportunities in HCL. This helps me to grow both in technical and management aspects. For freshers HCL is the best company to start with our career. Eventhough the package is low in HCL, we will be exposed to various verticals.

...s company and Note : ( you don't have an allowance for US projects Night shift). You don't get your "Variable pay" Every three months, they create new policies without any information. One of these policies seems like a way to steal your salary under the name of EPB adjustment Monthly For example, it starts with 500Rs and may increase based on your salary range. The HR and US project manager are the worst Both are well-trained to fool the employees. I can write more about this kind of issue, But I don't have time. please check with other comments and employees
