Dislikes

Compensation and EPB policy is very bad. If you work for three years in the organization, you wont even get 2000rs hike. (Even though you are top performer). If you put down papers, company will cut all the previous year hike's by showing internal policies.

Is the market for support agents dead right now... Have been trying to get a callback related to remote desktop support positions as well as incident management process. Any suggestion or help would be appreciated 👍 Update- I have started getting calls now, just 8 days left .. hopeful I wouldn't be empty handed.
