Salary too low for employees who are part of the organization from long time. No balance in salary, years of experience and bands. People having 6 years of exp also have Senior Test Lead designation and people having 16 years of exp too having same designation. Managers who are old employees will have way too lesser salary then the Junior employees who are recently hired under them.

No matter how much effort you keep on project, when they feel you are not require they will place you in bench. If they need you again they will start the play back games..

...rom last 3 years.Worst insurance policy. No proper shift allowance, if we ask H.R to explain how my salary got splitted they don't have answer. I am just eagerly waiting to get out from this organisation once i get other opportunity.

Worst company as per my experience no hike no job security. Without any reason first they will shift you to bench then they will fire you. The HR will keep on pressuring you to drop the paper worst company.

...y to work. No job security. They will give you 15 days notice and will fire you. People join HCL for job security but as per my personal experience there is no job security no hike.

...t respond to your queries L4 head people are also not responsive to the queries No salary hike for the internal band change No much hikes even if you get top rating You are not treated properly when you are on bench Not employee friendly No encouragement for onsite. Just upskilling for the client purpose but no opportunities

Ok, No hike recently joined employees.

HCL job security is not available as per current market situation.They are hired multiple resources last year both freshers and experienced candidate. They are not able to map to the project and now current situation eye wash interview conducted and remove the resources from bench.
