There is nothing to like about this company . No work culture , no growth , minimum salary is given just to hang you by a thread . Employees are being exploited in the name of company policies.

No work pressure out side of your shift. Hybrid model to go to office.

...s required by the team. Sometimes different shifts in the same week as well. 4. What is salary hike? never heard of it.

Work life balance,job security and there is some programs which you can avail end enhance your skills.

Salary, promotions are really poor. You can only take salary increment at the time of joining organisation.

The work balance is good..u get the time for ur own..and you can njoy working( dependent on you post and projecf you are deployed to)

I dislike is we dont get much perks here, no incentives, no growth, no hike, no bonus..you have to go behind the managers and ask for it..favouritism is prioritrized..no proper cafteria..no cab facility..drinking water smells sometimes..
