Nothing much but it gives salary on time that's the only good part of it and has events regularly celebrated.
Many:
1. Work life balance is nill. They treat employees as slave and make you work for almost 14-15 hrs per day
2. The way they treat employees is pathetic - if you are facing any problem there will be no one to hear you or stand by you. All are teamed up at the end
3. There is no career growth at all. You'll see employees who just get around 1 lakh or even less even after working for 10 -15 yrs. For So
No hike no appraisal, no project
And if tehre is no project its not company problem its your problem and as per policy if you are in bench HR call you and they told you to resign
And after 3 months automatically you can count your last working day in Hcl
Work life balance is good. They won't keep you ideal. They keep giving you training and upgrade even in bench.
Dislikes
...self for a long time we were in bench, due to which less career growth happened. Salary is less. No proper appraisal cycle and appraisal is also less. Job security was there earlier now when u stay in bench for 1 month you should have HR call fear then.
Somewhat job security is there. Most of the projects are long term and stable. Salary at entry time is good. Encourages employees to take up paid certification which is reimbursed.
No promotion/hikes for last 3 years. Management doesn't care about good performers. HR is just a myth in this company. Client and company combined try to extract every ounce of work possible from a single person.
...e officer or CEO - CVK they will get good package leaving the developers inVain. The reason that they get good salary is because of developers they will not consider the developers. I don't why these people get such a huge salary. There is always a better person in the market than CVK or Chief people office. We need to replace with those people for the company to flourish and developers to flourish. Chief people office has stopped the Catalyst fund, when said this how they are going to giving good hike. Friends don't beleive white collars.
