...agment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Life Balance is good. Initial Salary Hike can be negotiated upto 40% Hike. Most Important is Brand Value of HCL is very good in Market

Dislikes

Zero Appraisal Policy. Max 2% Hike after 16 months. Lots of delay in Appraisal and Performance pay Letter. HR is Big Fraud here. Take everything in writing before joining. Later on they deny from their own version. I didn't get shifting Allowance inspite of company policy due to cheater HR. They don't consider IJP Seriously.

Nothing. No growth. Higher Management doesn't care about promoting their own talent. They company has only 5% of appraisals for their distinguished performance employees. They don't care if employees leave or stay. In my team the attrition of people is 80% and no one cared to retain them. They didn't give on paper roles to them and asked them to work with new job role.

Dislikes

They hire agents when at great requirements at greater salary than TLs and then don't give raise to TLs to compensate the difference.

Freedom to learn all processes. Work timings is not strict. Training is good from the basics. They will not push I you away even if you want to go

...o dumb freshers for the same pacakage you are asking for. No transport provided."cost cutting" If you have received best performer award for the previous quarter you will not be getting it for the next quarter even though you have performed well since you already got it in the previous quarter. You only get a certificate ifyouareabestperformerpleaseDontexpectmore

Recruiter promised that I will be receiving the entire variable pay for the first year but I received only for a month and from second month I have not even received 50 percent. No hike/night shift allowance for E3 and above bands . Every project have 3 managers (reporting manager, service managers, who will be part of HCL for 10 or 15 years ) , and who used to micromanage to an extreme, they will ask you to work on company holiday and they won’t approve your comp off or Pay for the holiday. Once the project is stabilised , they will release the highly paid resource to the bench
